• Former Vice President, Investment & Trade of the STCIC, now the T&T Energy Chamber.
• Former Head of the Energy Business Unit at RBTT (now RBC Royal Bank), managing a billion TTD portfolio across the energy services value chain. It was the only banking unit with zero non-productive loans while achieving targets.
• Former Vice President, RBTT Merchant Bank, securing US Eximbank delegated authority lender status, the first for the whole Caribbean region.

• Former Chief Operating Officer of a local manpower provider, managing two simultaneous labour contracts and introducing technical business strategies, contract management plans and continuous performance management.
• Managed manpower planning to take a warm stacked rig to ready-to-drill mode.
• Managed manpower planning through an unprecedented illegal shutdown on the EXL II, back to full operation in 2017.
• Former Investment Banker at a London-based German investment bank, managing a multi-billion euro portfolio of the firm's own capital and restructuring non-performing and distressed assets.

Mark joined the Artemis Group in November 2023, bringing over 30 years of experience in the energy industry with an extensive background in offshore drilling, project management and upstream logistics.

He has worked for international oil and gas operators in Trinidad, North and West Africa, the Middle East, Central and South America, and Europe.

Before joining Artemis, Mark served as Offshore Drilling Supervisor, Operations Base Manager and Senior Projects Manager.
